200 BGW Performance Series 3 Amps Installed in Cinema Multiplex
On February 25, 1999 Finnkino Oy, one of Finland�s largest theater circuits, held a black tie gala celebrating the grand opening of the Tennispalatsi 14, a cinema multiplex with 14 screens features all digital sound systems. The Tennispalatsi has a Dolby, dts, SDDS, or THX sound system in each auditorium and employs a total of 200 THX-approved BGW Performance Series 3 power amplifiers.
The theater is a two story complex built on the site of the indoor tennis stadium for the canceled 1938 Olympics. The largest screen is over 66 feet long in an auditorium seating over 700 people.
